Recently purchased a bike from Competitive Cyclist. Customer service was fantastic with Steve Hovey keeping me updated on the process and answering questions I had. Bike came earlier than expected and with the nice surprise of being set up tubeless which I did not expect. Would do business with this company again.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years. Bought a road bike a mountain bike and parts accessories etc. I have always received excellent service for everything i have bought. A few returns handled swiftly and warrantied when applicable. They have everything i need for the best price always shipped quickly. Much better experience than trying to deal with the arrogant local bike shops in my area. The rewards system on purchases for here and backcountry can't be beat.

this company will probably work fine as long as your order has no problems. i bought a bike frame and as the order was processing they contacted me because the new frame had a paint defect. this company is effectively backcountry, so if that type of company bothers you, i might avoid them.

I bought my Pinarello Grevil in Dec. 2020. After 2 years the down tube cracked. I submitted the claim to Pinarello with Competitive Cyclist but Pinarello didn’t honor their warranty - the only “customer service” provided was the offering of a frame replacement at a cost of $2,600 - Competitive Cyclist doesn’t have phone numbers for any customer service only for sales. Very disappointed 😡
