So happy I found this shop! I was looking for an adult tricycle so I could bring my little dog along and also use the basket for toting things around! I also wanted something upright so it's easy on my bad back. It's such a comfortable trike so I know I'll get lots of use out of it! Cat (the owner) and her husband are so knowledgeable and prices are fantastic for the value. I did my dudiligence and shopped and this place is by far the best! If you need anything for your bike service or if you're looking to purchase a new one, you've found the place!! Thank you Cool Cat! I love my new trike!!

What truly sets Kat apart is her genuine desire to help without pushing you to spend more than necessary. She took the time to understand my needs and recommended the perfect gear and accessories that fit within my budget. It's rare to find someone in retail who prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a sale, and Kat does exactly that. In addition to her expert advice, Kat’s warm and welcoming customer service made me feel right at home. She was patient in answering all my questions and even gave me tips on maintaining my bike to ensure it stays in top condition. My wife and I went in to Cool Cat Cycles yesterday looking for some chain lube. Katya was on the floor making sure everyone was taken care of. She showed me what kind they had but were out of what I needed. Katya said to bring the bike by and she would lube it with her shop lube! Great customer service! We ended up going elsewhere since I needed to resupply but I was left with a good impression.

Over the course of the year I have dropped off bikes in various condition for tuneups and tire repair/replace. It’s always a good experience and smooth transaction. The estimates are accurate, and communication is easy through their text system. Work is done fairly quickly as well!

Brought in a bicycle that only needed to have a few certain parts attached, had the parts with me as well so just needed someone to put them on. Owner tried to charge me $100+ which is outrageous and made it sound like my whole bike needed to be re-assembled. Drove a few blocks down and got the job done for 27$. Pretty sad that a Local bike shop would try and steal from customers like that, your not Trek or REI so no reason at all why your prices should be that high. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their hard earn money here.
