Half the price as everyone else. Amazing service and honest employees. Turnaround was fast. Took my scooter to get the tire fixed and liked them so much I took my bike for a lower bracket swap the next day. Will be coming back for all my bike/scooter problems.

I message them about installing new tires on my scooter. They sent me a price & when I agreed to it, they completely ghosted me! They probably realized they quoted me wrong & didn't want to deal with me anymore - just a speculation on their business practices. Such shade! If you can't stand by your words, you absolutely cannot trust their actions. Thank goodness I did not send them my money! I'm not mad or upset, just in disbelief at how poorly this situation was handled, but it's fine because I just went to a different shop that wanted my money & to do honest work. I have a screenshot of our conversation. In this screenshot, you can see that they are actively online but refuse to reply to me. I hope this serves as a warning to others, just be careful who you deal with. You will never know who you can trust. When you find someone you trust, you stick with them.

Very honest and professional staff. Adam is the owner and I drove away with the exact bike I wanted. They sell new and higher end used bikes. I was looking for a Specialized Roubaix Sport that was lightly used. Can’t wait to go riding! Highly recommend.

I had a e-bike kit already installed on my bike. The throttle worked but the cadence sensor did not. It isn't uncommon for a bike shop to refuse to work on a bike for any number of reasons, i.e. "We only work on e-bikes, but not kits" or "We don't work on e-bikes at all." The bike shop that diagnosed the sensor problem also suggested I take it elsewhere to have it repaired. I gave Cycle City a call since they had 5 star reviews. I explained my issue expecting a no, but Aram said to "Bring it in, as we try to fix ANY bike." He and his partner looked at my bike and said they could and would fix it. I also needed a new chain, got a tune up AND they also washed my bike! The rear cassette looks brand freakin' new (see photo). Aram is friendly, helpful and straight forward. Prices are reasonably. I watched his partner working for a few minutes (including diagnosing my problem) and he knows his way around a bike. This is a shop I can certainly recommend. 1-18-25 Google doesn't allow you to leave more than one review regarding the same business, so I'm updating this one. I needed to update the e-bike kit installed on my bike as I was having a couple of issues after months of use. From a bike mechanics point of view, I don't think working on kit bikes would ever be their first choice. Jonathan figured out how to correct every issue (and does so every time!). Jonathan is truly a rock star mechanic!! Aram runs a great shop and is still as cordial, knowledgeable and friendly as ever! Over the years I've been to many different bike shops. Cycle City is my favorite.

Awesome local bike shop. They specialize in e-bikes and I took my Surron in for repair on the tires. They were able to repair some spokes and I was impressed with the overall knowledge and professionalism. They were able to fix something for me that other bike shops didn't want to touch. Great location nice and open setup. I highly recommend, specially for anyone that needs their brakes bled or tires fixed. Thanks again Cycle City.
