What a fantastic experience! The staff here is incredible and make you feel like an old friend. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I just dropped off my bike for a tune-up, and the service was outstanding—something that's hard to come by these days. Thank you, Cycle City!

This was my first experience in a store that *specializes* specifically in bikes, (no pun intended). I came in to get a helmet and wasn't sure what I needed. Emery quickly came to help and made sure I got the right type of helmet and the right fit, and she went above and beyond to answer all my questions about multiple bike things! Now that I have this helmet I feel more comfortable on my *Treks* into the wilderness (pun intended). Great atmosphere, staff, and products. 10/10 would recommend!

We bought my wife a new bike last year & then I had my very old Trek 1200 refurbished. Cycle City (Parkville, MO) did an amazing job on my bike & were very helpful finding the perfect bike for Angie. I like that they have people who are enthusiasts, not just sales people. Great job all around.

I have purchased 4 bicycles from Cycle City and each has been a great bicycle with great pricing. The employees are THE BEST! They must love working there because they stay forever. The owner, Joe, is fantastic, which is a big part of what makes Cycle City special. If you enjoy working with true enthusiasts who aren't completely over the top, provide great service, and are great humans, go check out Cycle City. I won't buy or service a bicycle anywhere else.
