Great selection and they're able to order what they currently don't have in stock. The real key is the quality of their salespeople. I spent almost two hours picking out and designing my new bike, and they were there with me to brainstorm throughout. I've been going there since the mid 90's, will be coming back for my next bike.

Friendly high quality service. Just great. Update: Just visited again to say that I converted the bike I bought there to an e-bike and they just gave it a post-conversion tune-up for free under their six months free tune-up. This place is an wonderful asset to the area. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Great staff, excellent selection. Had the feel of a LBS and the inventory of a major chain. Had my item in-stock and I was in & out quickly with great support from the on-site staff.
