I checked out 3 other bike companies before I came back to E-Lux. We bought a Malibu GT and a Malibu. Caroline was such a great sales manager who was very knowledgeable and professional during the process. Gary was also very helpful during our inquiries about e-bikes. I would recommend E-Lux to anyone who wants a great quality e-bike at a good value. I’m a bike enthusiast who has road, mountain bikes and beach cruisers. Their bikes are not cheap, but you pay for what you get. Excellent service, good people, and bikes that are smooth and comfortable to ride. So happy I bought them!

I recently visited the Fountain Valley store and bought a Tahoe GT. The service was great as Alex patiently answered all of my questions and highlighted all of the bike’s extensive features. The bike rides great and has plenty of power. The suspension smooths out all of the bumps and I couldn’t be happier with the riding experience. I would highly recommend E-Lux and their bikes.

The E-Luxe Team is great. 5/5 service, care, and customer support. Dave was a huge help in getting my bike fixed up. Usually when you buy expensive products, you'd like to think that good service comes with it. Nowadays, I feel as though that is often not the case. But that is what E-Luxe offers and they go above and beyond. Should I make another e-bike purchase, I'd buy directly from them.

We love E-LUX!!! We bought two Sierra GT bikes from them and their service was impeccable. I did a TON of research before buying and they had the best bike for the buck. The bikes have held up very well over this past year and we love them! I strongly recommend this company!
