Emmitt was such a great help for us today. He was very friendly and helped us out with our bikes as we stopped by. I would recommend Pedego to all. It’s a great store close to the Newport pier.

A great deal. test ride before you buy nice And a 5 year warranty people at shop in Newport Beach CA very nice easy to do business with. Puppy and I are having fun!

The customer service here at Pedego was literally the best I've ever had at a rental company. I truly value good customer service and this was TOP NOTCH. I personally worked with Evan to rent some e-bikes for a day and he couldn't have been nicer. It was like dealing w/ a good friend honestly. If I ever need a bike rental, Pedego will be my first stop, or if I take the plunge and purchase an e-bike, I would go there just because of the awesome customer service.

Great Fun. The guys in the shop were super helpful. We had a large group with different ages. Its the only bike shop to rent from in Newport!

The staff at this location are very helpful and friendly. The bikes we rented were electric (with pedal assist) and the batteries lasted beyond our 2 hour time slot. The area is so beautiful to ride around, I would recommend this business to others looking to cruise around the beach, what a great time!
