I could not have asked for any better service than what I received at this store. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the staff and directed to the back. The bike tech then checked out my bike on the spot and explained what needed to be fixed. I was told when it would be ready and I was informed exactly on that day. I also was very comfortable with the cost for my repairs.

Brian Makar and Tylor along with his staff went above and beyond for me and more importantly wife when we bought her a electric trike. Once they found out the reason behind the purchase they made sure she came in and they fitted her for the trike and made adjustments to it , something that I never expected. They took a great deal of time and made her feel completely at ease . I could not of ask for better service and actual care for my wife. Thank you !!!!!!!

Great customer service from Brian. He did an excellent job on delivering my wife's new ebike. Helped her pick out a new helmet and other accessories we needed for her new ride. Everyone we have dealt with at Erik's have been very helpful at both location. We started working with Casey at the Overland Park store. He did an excellent job helping us pick out the Aventon level 2.

My bike upgrade was done very well, and reasonably priced. The service crew was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would take my bike back the Erik's in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing service work done.

I drive in and out of Overland Park all the time and sometimes need parts for my Onewheel that I assumed I can only get from specialized stores. I stopped at Erik's on 95th today to ask about tire valve caps replacements, and brought my Onewheel to see if they might have a standardized cap I could use. Staff member Matt quickly found the kind of cap I needed, gave me a list of other shops where I could find the same caps, and sent me on my way with a more secure ride! From now on, this shop will be my top recommendation bike care, equipment and advice for anybody who rides anything board- or bike-shaped!
