Dave assembled a bike for me that I ended up needing to return from the vendor I bought it from. He suggested a bike that was closest to my price point and fit my biking purpose/needs. I stopped by the Bike Depot at the recommendation of a friend, and I cannot recommend BD/Dave highly enough. I lived in the world of sales for years, and the way Dave listened to my family, and made SOLID recommendations... Not only did we find a bike well within our budget for my son, but we also got a bike for my daughter: still under budget. Definitely an amazing experience complemented by his knowledge, patience, and humor. Will be coming back to get myself a bike in the future.

Awesome bike shop. These guys are nice, knowledgeable, down-to-earth and amazing mechanics. I took my bike to another bike shop at first and they couldn't fix my problem. Then I found Bicycle Depot and they were able to fix my bike. My saviors!

The bicycle depot has what you need for a pretty pricey price. Also, they will love to talk over and down on you when you try to explain a contributing factor to a problem; however, they'll take care of your wallet instead of the issue when they don't quite fix it right and the thing will break the next time you ride. Post-response edit: Also, they'll creep on you with the account information in their files.

Dave was able to save my entire planned tour of the Katy Trail when it turned out my bike was missing a crucial piece that would have rendered it unrideable. He truly went above and beyond, and then criminally undercharged me. Can not reccomend enough
