The staff at theTrek store in Shawnee, KS has always been excellent, and our recent service visit was no exception. We dropped off our Trek bikes for some winter service so that we can hit the road when it warms up, and they did a great job, on time, and with a smile. Overall it was about as good as it gets. These folks know about bikes, and, more importantly, they know how to treat customers like friends. Well done! it was, as usual, an A+ experience.

I stopped in to test ride a couple of e-bikes. I said from the beginning I wasn’t quite ready to purchase. James was so kind and helpful…no pressure at all. Answered my questions and encouraged me to try the bikes out. Much appreciated!
