I took my Canyon bike in for service, and Jaime, the Manager, provided excellent service. The bike was ready on time, he was very professional, and he consistently offered valuable advice and tips. The pricing was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Good Vibes Bike.

If I could 0 star I would. I rented a Flyer Cargo Bike which was advertised using the attached photo. I intended on having a fun weekend with my toddler who just turned 3. It was part of his birthday present. I texted the owner around 8am the day of the rental to verify pickup time and see if I could pick it up any earlier than the listed time of 10am and mentioned that I rented it for my toddler and myself. He didn’t respond, so I got there a little before 10am. Another man was buying an e-bike. I ended up waiting until 10:15. Once I was addressed (there were several employees around but for some reason only one addressed customers) I was told it was in storage and they would have to get it. Was told it was 2 blocks away. Twenty minutes later it arrived. I walked up to it and it didn’t have a child seat in it. I figured they would get one since I clearly have a toddler who is too small to be able to ride in the cargo area loose. They said they don’t have one and asked if I would still like the rental. I was flabbergasted and stated the only was to ride this with my toddler is with a seat, a bike store who has rentals should also have seats especially if pictured in their advertisements. At least available to rent. But no, this one doesn’t. No, I do not want the bike…why would I. Thanks for a great start to my weekend! My toddler cried the whole ride home…after spending nearly an hour around bikes, he was really excited. I have 3 car seats, I didn’t know you could use them with the bike. This would have been useful information, too bad this wasn’t communicated in person by your staff.

I just walked in as soon as they opened and was greeted by Jamie with a smile. No pressure sales, explained the differences, offered test drives, great experience. You guessed it an hour later after my test driving I had a new e bike. I felt confident it was right for me because of the help I received. Even though I live an hour away , any service etc I’ll take it here. Great experience .

We stopped by to look at an Aventon e-bike and ended up buying two! The service was great. They did a wonderful job assembling the bikes when they arrived. The bikes were delivered to our home near Baltimore at 9 pm to accommodate our schedule. We highly recommend this bike shop.

Texted manager to see if they had a particular bike in stock. Prompt response that they did. I also got a text from their Silver Spring store which is closer so we are going to go there, but the comms was very good and appreciated.
