This business’s community outreach and marketing held a complimentary tune of my 2 e-bikes that wasn’t even their brand. A very friendly worker welcomed me, showed me their many higher end e-bikes $3k-4k and a few friendlier e-bikes in the $1500 range . I did find a 500w motor 2.6” wide tire bike that I have not seen before at other places. My next ebike will be a Himiway one that fits my wants. Good friendly customer service is awesome! The white , easy step through model would be perfect for my riders. Give them a call so they can be ready to have time for you

In 2022, my wife and I became the proud owners of two HIMIWAY Big Dog bikes, and they are easily the best bikes we have ever owned. Whether it's trekking from San Diego to Seattle or exploring the vast landscapes of Utah, these bikes have accompanied us on countless adventures. Memorable rides include the hidden trails of Joshua Tree, the scenic stretch from Napa to Healdsburg, and the iconic 17-mile drive from Pebble Beach to Carmel. We always say, if we're traveling by car, our HIMIWAY bikes are coming with us. Unfortunately, on January 7th, a devastating fire in Eaton Canyon claimed our beloved bikes. This loss was a heartbreak for our family, but the response from HIMIWAY was remarkable. Within a week of the incident, a representative reached out with an offer to replace our bikes. I was skeptical at first, but true to their word, we had brand new bikes within just ten days of our loss. In one of our toughest times, HIMIWAY stepped up to support our family and give us something that brought us so much joy. We are customers for life, and to anyone considering a new bike: think long and hard about choosing any brand other than HIMIWAY. I was a very happy biker when Himiway opened a showroom/service site down the street I live. I have had other e-bikes but nothing compares to the service, quality and stability that this company brings. I was invited to take one of my bikes to see if anything needed adjustment or service. I took my bike and while they took care of one of my brakes, (free of charge) I tested three of their bikes. All three bikes were fine. But the Cobra is the one I will end up buying. Tim, took care of me and was very helpful in explaining the differences between the bikes. And different options for other bikes. I even got a free gift. All in all, I cannot stress how much I highly recommend this company.

Tim, the customer service department was really kind. I brought my bike in for general maintenance, and they completed the work in less than an hour. They also have a good selection of new models available for test drives, so I recommend bringing in your used bike if you’re looking to upgrade!
