I walked in. Seen an employee attending his customer, less than 10 seconds as I was about to brows through the store quickly. This short oversized age of an age human male shouts “what can i help you with sensor!?”. Explaining what I want it with a grudge moaning, bugged out, eye rolling after looking at me went to back got some items also showed me items and said “nothing of that we have also over 40$” over the counter saw the items and sigh-again in a hurry didn’t check items being sold, pairs and after explaining him the size to the type of bicycle part I got the wrong item. If being a certain type or human to what he is or sees he shouldn’t offer to help.

I recently visited this bike shop and was very disappointed with my experience. The prices are outrageously high compared to other shops in the area. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me find the right bike and were not very knowledgeable about their products. Overall, I felt like I was being overcharged for subpar service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair prices and good customer service.

Ive been to La Habra Cyclery twice now. Both times I went in for tire replacing and tubing. I dont know much about bikes and the costs associated and they took their time to explain to me in detail how much everything will cost. The price was good, they replaced it quickly on the spot without an appointment AND they gave me advice on maintenance. I highly recommend them.

I've been coming here for years, since day 1 the owner and staff have been great. I've purchased several bikes for my family and myself and always receive great customer service. The customer service continues with their servicing as well and are my go to. I've been to several other shops but La Habra Cyclery is at the top of the list. Thank you guys!

I've been coming here for the last two years or so for various work done on my mountain bike. They have always done great work. But something happened the last time I brought my bike in that made me a customer for life! As with all local bike shops, accidents, though rare, do happen from time to time. Unfortunately, this time, it happened to me. It's completely understandable, with the amount of bikes that go in and out for repair. It's what the owners do when an accident occurs that makes the difference and shows the true nature of their business. I brought to Jim's attention what had happened when I left my bike there for repair. Most other owners would deny responsibility until they are red in the face...I've encounter a few of them. Jim, however, is not like most other business owners. Here is a man that runs his business on sound, ethical principle. I showed him the damage, he inspected, talked to the techs, and without a second word, got on the computer and ordered the part. The next day I got my bike back with the new part installed! In this day and age, where most owners are only about the bottom line, Jim is a rare breed. If you want to take your bike to a place that's run with honesty and business integrity, while maintaining competitive pricing and skillful technicians, then LHC is the place.
