I restore lots of old motorcycles, so it was nice to have a helpful shop close by for the things I needed. Used to buy all my fluids, accessories, gear, OEM parts, etc. from them. Called today to inquire about getting my tires mounted in my new dirt bike wheels and the service guy on the phone said, “what did you get some cheap Chinese rims installed or something” and “there’s too many factors to quote something like that over the phone” and was told to call somewhere else, stated they’re too busy. Literally watched 4 wheels come in for tire replacement last time I was in buying oil. Won’t ever be back. Place down the street had my rubber mounted on my rims with new tubes in literally 30 minutes while I waited for far cheaper than this place would have. Your loss buddy, I’m not afraid to spend money somewhere that will take care of me and treat me right, but your shop ain’t it. Don’t insult the people who help your business or they will stop doing so. BEWARE.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience buying a bike from Howell bikes. We got there a few minutes before they closed and they were still more than friendly and accommodating. Andrea told us about some of the sale items they had and helped us get set up for a test ride. After giving my gf a good deal on a bike, they gave us 10% off any gear or accessories we needed. They fitted my girlfriend to the bike and offered to do a tune up after it's seen some miles. Great people, cool bikes, and good prices. I'd definitely go back!

The salesman John made my visit to Howell Cycle very easy to choose which bike i wanted. He made the entire sale very smooth and made all my questions very clear. Great guy and great business.

Got me in and out today in less than a hour n a half, thank you to the salesman that sold the last brute force they had in stock to me, didn’t catch his name unfortunately but thank you. Highly recommend these guys. Very nice and and couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I came in wanting a bike and John made the deal happen with ease, I was made to feel very comfortable and not on edge with a pushy salesman. I highly recommend having John show you around the store and make a deal happen for you with your dream bike.
