I had an exceptional experience at HUB MRKT Bikes thanks to the outstanding assistance from Marty! He went above and beyond to help me adjust my bike. His expertise, patience, and friendly demeanor made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. Marty truly deserves recognition for his excellent customer service skills. He's a fantastic ambassador for the shop and a major reason I'll be returning for all my biking needs. 5 stars aren't enough - I'd give him 10 if I could! What a great place to meet, have bike talk and enjoy positive vibes with others who really make you feel welcomed into this group of other riders! So much knowledge from the owner and staff to just sit and listen and learn from. I really am glad I have gotten to know if this shop. I'm looking forward to returning and enjoying more great company and great rides! Thanks!

Marty is friendly and kind. I truly enjoyed meeting him. He has a wide selection of all styles of bikes. He checked over and tuned my gravel bike, making certain the bike was ready for the open road. My bike rides great, Thank you, Marty!

I received excellent service and out of 4 bike shops I visited they had the most variety and fair prices. Their selection caters to any biking need, and they helped me figure out and test drive which bike best suited me. I also purchased a few accessories there (rack & drink holder) and I appreciated that they installed them for me. Will def go again for any maintenance to come.

Haven’t even purchased a bike yet, but I definitely will after dealing with Marty! Such a great down to earth guy that genuinely wants to find a bike that fits your wants and needs. I can’t thank him enough for helping me identify what bike I’m wanting. He allowed me to take out a variety of different bikes on a test ride to really get a feel with them. No pressure and no hard selling tactics. Absolutely love this place and will be back soon to purchase!
