It's been 2+ years since I've been part owner. Same staff and same great service. You would be hard pressed to find such a helpful, kind and most importantly, knowledgeable team of bicycle experts. Bless this shop and thanks for all the help since I'm no longer part of the team!

I left my cruiser unattended for a few years. It has two flat tires, loose chain, and it was overall looking awful. I brought it to Infinity and ask them to do their best to fix it up. I told them to do whatever they felt needed to be done. I expected the bike to be gone for 3-5 days, 3 hours after I dropped it off I got the call that it was ready for pick up. The bike is now in near-new condition and was done at a very affordable cost. We will be bringing all of our bikes here for service!

First place I came to once I moved up to WA and so grateful I did! Exceptional service and friendliness. Ended up buying a Stumpjumper from here and recommend this shop to anyone who will listen. Someone is always available to help and advise. A great place for new and old bikers to come to meet likeminded humans and get their bikes and equipment serviced. Always a pleasure working with this shop and seeing the good they do around the community.

Took a bike here once to get worked on. They messed up a lot of things on it, and when I asked to please double check everything they got defensive and said they’d worked there for however long and I’m honestly not sure they checked everything because I found multiple things wrong on it. Maybe it was the specific employee… not sure but I probably won’t be bringing another bike here unless absolutely necessary.

Bryan and his crew at infinity have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve only been riding for about a month and they never fail to impress me with their capabilities and kindness. I absolutely love supporting local businesses that are involved in their communities and I greatly appreciate them and look forward to the business I get to do with them in the future!
