Loved this bike shop in Monroe michigan. Awesome customer service. Replaced a tube in my sons bike and a tire at a different time. Very kind and good prices

We Walked into this Amazing Local Bicycle Shop where the Smell of Fresh Bicycle Tires greeted us at the door. Walk inside the shop and you are greeted promptly, by very nice people that are professionals. There is Something for Everyone at Jack's Bicycle shop-- from apparel, accessories, and tools, to custom bikes and their on-site repair shop! This truly is one-stop shopping. The best experience, in my opinion, would be for Everyone to head over to Jack's Bicycle Shop to look around, take it all in, ask questions, and get involved with a fun healthy sport. We loved this shop's beautiful hard word floors, Great T-shirts, The Place is Clean, and a variety of Bicycles to choose from! Go check it out!

What is nice about this place are: old style building that you can sense history from the town Monroe, mechanic was happy to go and add toe clip (normal shoes) on my petal without brining my bike in. Good store to visit when you are in area.

Bought this a couple weeks ago online through Amazon. The shifter was not functioning properly and unfortunately it broke. I called into Jack's and they put me on a waiting list due to the work load. They promptly called within a couple days and I dropped it off. They contacted me with the estimate for repairs, very reasonable in price, and was repaired for me to pickup today. I'm very satisfied with the performance of all of the staff. Thank you so much for repairing it so quickly.
