Best customer service ever! Every one is not only knowledgeable, but takes their time to chat and explain things! I just purchased my second bike from the shop, they do great work even after you make a purchase!

The local bike shop is a crucial resource to the community it serves. John's is run by caring, knowledgeable cyclists. John's engages with the greater cycling community through social media. Also, they regularly offer used bicycles for sale. Most shops don't. I saw a used bike on their social media that was such a bargain, I felt I had to act. A good deal is a good deal. My son and I made the trip from 160 miles away. The young man, Mitchell, who took my call twice that day was helpful and knowledgeable. When we arrived, I wanted to make sure the bike's front and rear air suspension was set for my weight. Mitchell looked up the required settings and applied them to my new bike's suspension on the spot. My buying experience was very satisfying- six hours of driving notwithstanding!

Great shop! I stopped in with my bike to see about modifications and they were able to meet all my needs and got my bike back to me sooner than I expected. Great personal attention and service!

I know when I bring my bikes to John's Cyclery they are in good hands. The John's Cyclery crew is knowledgeable, honest, and beyond fair. They work hard to positively impact the local cycling community too. Their shop rides are really fun! I've enjoyed getting to meet other mountain bikers and try out some new trails!

I brought in a secondhand bike to have it checked out to make sure it was safe to ride. I didn’t buy it at John’s Cyclery, but they still took care of me and gave me top-notch service. They replaced some of the worn parts with equivalent quality parts, And pointed out some things to be aware of that I may need to address in the future – but didn’t need to have replaced right away… I appreciated their honesty and They made me feel like my bike was just as important to them as if they had sold it to me in the first place. I would definitely recommend going to John’s Cyclery for top notch service as well as any bike needs you may have in the future. Great job by everyone there!
