I bought a used bike. The fact that it would need work never escaped me. Still, it was performing well, until it didn't. The freewheel gear fell apart a mile from my van. Joy Ride Bikes was between me and my van. I dropped the bike off on Wed and picked it up Saturday morning (I was too busy to get it earlier). Not only was the repair very reasonable but the work was great! My bike is fast, quite and shifts very nicely. Thanks guys!

My MTB had a broken part and was badly in need of a tune. They brought it in, gave me a reasonable quote and a realistic timeline for the repairs that they met. Dropped in a few months later with a time-sensitive issue with my front fork and they took care of me on the spot! Can't say enough about the service this team provides!!

I worked with Will Trogden at Joy Ride Bikes and he took care of me. I went in looking for a quality bike for a tall big guy he introduced me to the Surly Ogre. This is the best bike that I have ever had. Will's customer service is phenomenal. He not only took care of me but he also took care of my wife by providing her with an excellent bike that we purchased at Joy Ride. Will's team a Joy Ride are great Eric and the other guys up front are always helpful and supportive. You will truly have a great experience with any of the guys. Lastly, I have to shout out the guys in the service department Andy, Tyler and the other guys. These guys do great work. They provided the necessary modifications I needed to make my bike comfortable.

Bought new Ebike on line. Out of the box it was noisy and rough tracking to ride. Joy Ride did a complete factory set up on it. It's amazing how GREAT my new Ebike rides now. And most important with LESS drag on brakes and bearings it used Way Less battery when I rode it home, compared to when I rode it to the shop to get it serviced. GREAT JOB! I Recommend this for any new bike. Again, AMAZING!
