Purchased numerous bikes over the years from Leeds Cyclery from a custom titanium Moots to entry level Cannondale gravel bikes. This is the place to buy any type of bike you may need with outstanding service and insight.

I started going to Leeds in June 2021 to find a cycle that would help me recover from bilateral total hip replacements (in my 40’s). As I write this review (Dec 2024), I have logged over 10,560 miles of cycling and over 375k feet of climbing. Leeds has not only helped me recover, they helped me discover a passion. Highly recommend this shoppe for all your cycling needs.

Hands-down, this is my absolute go-to bike shop for as long as it's been open. This review is long, long overdue..(sorry!) It's this simple - I trust Saysana implicitly. Over the years, I've bought three bikes from him and continue to have all of them serviced by him. I can't say it enough - I trust this shop. I never even think of shopping anywhere else, even if it's on a day he's closed. I'll wait. Whether I'm buying a bike, getting one serviced, inquiring about accessories or even asking for the best trails to ride in the area, Saysana NEVER steers me wrong. He goes so far as to even advise me on how to sell a few of my bikes. When I had to ship a bike to the buyer, he packed it professionally, boxed it up and shipped it for me. Such a huge weight lifted off my mind that made such a positive impact on the guy I sold my bike to. He's patient, cool-headed, got a great sense of humor, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. He rides (and works on) what he sells. I'll say it again - I TRUST this shop and there's no better feeling than when you find the perfect bike shop - kinda like when you find the right auto mechanic, doctor, massage therapist, barber, etc.. Shop Leed's Cyclery first before any other bike shop!! ***UPDATE*** 11/23/24 - I just bought an Ibis Ripmo AF from Sez today and it friggin rocks! He gave me the best deal on it!!

I live about an hour away but this is still hands down one of the best bike shops around. Amazing quality of service and products. Don’t forgot the abundance of knowledge available as well!

Have been here about 20 times. From what I've observed at Leeds, this is a one-person enterprise trying to keep up with loads of questions/repairs/purchases/events. Saysana has always been kind, reasonable, knowledgeable, and excellent at his craft. With that said, I always call first to see how busy it is because I know how crazy it can get with repairs from people like me. Just went through and read some of the critical reviews. Don't go in expecting a four hour long conversation about your kid's Huffy wheels when there are three bikes being repaired and other people looking to purchase new. If you want excellent service at reasonable prices from a small business, this is the right place for you. If you want to talk and pay more, drive to Camp Hill and go to Holmes where they have 8 employees (not 1) ready to chat at any given time if that's really what you want. But to the people on here who used some disparaging terms to describe this place, you should be ashamed. Your language alone shows you had an agenda when you posted. 🤡
