Had a bike fit with Mike. Mike is an absolute professional, and the true embodiment an expert. The bike feels great, and I'm now far more comfortable on it. You can absolutely Mike, and the rest of the team at Matthew's Bicycle!

I brought my old bike in to get a 2nd opinion on bearings. A different store said I needed new bearings and it would be "cheaper" to get new wheels, totals would be around $450 which in my opinion wasn't worth doing. I took it to Matthew's and Mike and another person helped me. Very friendly and honest. the bike didn't need anything done. They gave it a quick tune-up. I shopped for another bike because I was due for an update. Mike helped me figure out what I was looking for and I found a great deal. He then continued to get me set up and ensure the bike was right for me. Very happy I went in for a second option here. this is now my bike shop go-to.

I was looking for a new bicycle. I phoned Matthews first and received good answers to my questions. Then I went into Matthews and they had the bicycle I was looking for. In addition, I was given options regarding my existing bike that I wasn't aware of. I decided to buy the new bike. I can't stress enough how personable, helpful, and knowledgeable everyone at the shop is. I am so happy to know that there are still places like Matthews and they have been in business for a long time which gives me confidence that they will be there if I need additional assistance. I highly recommend them.
