I came in with an extremely old bike. I went to a few other shops and no one was able to help me. Craig the owner saw one look at the bike and knew he could fix it. He was able to keep my original parts on the bike. I paid $40 and he got my bike back on the road. I can’t thank them enough. I left as one happy customer.

We are very pleased with Menifee Bicycles especially Sam who assisted us during our visit. She was Amazing and very patient while we were trying to find the perfect bikes for both of us at Christmas. She was determined that we did not leave without being 100% satisfied. It truly was a Great experience and We Love our new Electra bikes :) Thank you!!!

This store just sold my son a 24" SE bike. When we were looking around with the lady who worked there (who seemed knowledgeable) he had stated he was interested in doing tricks on the bike. We bought the bike she recommended. Less than an hour after getting the bike my boy was doing a wheelie on the bike and the rear rim folded on him. He was not abusing the bike by any means but merely doing kid stuff on his new bike. To top it off upon returning to the shop we had to pay $35 for a new rim to replace the pos they literally just sold us. I'm a big believer in shopping local business but there is 0 point if the quality is worse than what you get from Walmart and to top it off Walmart would likely replace it rather than charge for the crap they just sold you. Save your time and money and go to Walmart at least they stand behind the products they sell. Update: shortly after I posted this review, Craig the Owner of Menifee bikes, reached out to me. Unfortunately I was unable to take the call or address this with him personally. He did reach out to my family to resolve this situation. His efforts to make sure my son ended on the correct bike for the use my son was looking for is greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough to express appreciation for his diligence to ensure his customers leave happy and satisfied with their purchase. I highly recommend Menifee Bikes, that said I do regret not contacting them first before initially writing this comment. I look forward to doing more business here . 2nd update. I have changed my assessment from 1 star to 5 star. This is due to Craig's diligence towards correcting the problem. It did not sit well with me leaving it at 1 star. While yes there was an issue initially, nobody's perfect and mistakes happen, Craig went through great lengths to make sure we rode away happy with our purchase. I do appreciate everything he as well as his staff has done to help make things right.

This place was amazing! My husband and I drove a couple hours and passed up many a bike shop to come here. They asked our budget, sized us on a couple bikes, and went through their inventory with us to make sure we were happy. They treated us like real family and were extremely patient with our 3 year old that was with us. I look forward to future visits to their shop. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Thank you Menifee Bicycles for getting us all set up!

After reading the reviews here I was skeptical about coming to this establishment, and let me tell you their customer service is impeccable! I was greeted by most of the shop and Samantha was the one to take care of all of my questions and it was a lot. She was patient and very informative never did I feel rushed or pressured. I've been in the cycling community for longer than I'd like to admit but coming to professional and helpful places like this just reassure that we still have kind people representing us from another perspective. Some live to ride while others ride to live, no matter your preference of riding they have a pretty big selection of inventory! Thank you all for making such a pleasant experience coming to your store!
