02/18/2025 My first time buying an E-bike and I made the correct choice choosing this shop drove from Chicago because they have a wide selection and these guys are extremely knowledgeable! They helped me decide what was best for my needs answered any question I had and if I didn’t ask they made sure I understood what I was getting! definitely not a single moment I felt judged for not knowing nothing about electric bikes they made sure I left the store aware of my purchase and honestly I’m extremely happy! If you want an honest shop and a great customer service honestly don’t look nowhere else! This place is top notch! And the prices are reasonable you won’t regret! I decided to go with an EBike company that was local. I met Tom and Nick who are the owners. I asked what they had to offer since I was coming from a Demo of the ENGWE EBike at a friends house. I found out that a lot of EBikes in the market are not UL listed. Which basically means its electronics are certified to be safe. If it does not have this UL certification the manufacturer has to list it as a toy to get it to be sold in the US. 99% of the bikes they sell are UL certified. This means you can sleep at night knowing your EBike should not destroy your life due to problems like battery fires. Yep, it’s a thing. Tom and Nick actually showed me a Velotric. Which is amazing! I actually decided to go with an Euphree Stellar Falcon ST that comes in color finished that rival expensive car finishes. I did have to pay a few bucks more but I got exactly what I was looking for. About a month after my purchase I decided to I wanted a few adjustments done to my new bike. I called Nick who told me bring it in to the shop. As I was catching up with Tom’s riding experiences Nick took the bike downstairs and handled everything including touching up a tiny dot of paint area that happened recently. 1. Buy from Brick and mortar which Euphree recommends. 2. Buy from Next EBikes so you have very fast service to go with your great EBike!

Great experience all around! I knew nothing about e-bikes when I went in, and they walked me through each bike and helped me decide what was best for my needs. They even ordered a bike for me so that I could have the perfect color. Nick then drove it to my apartment in Chinatown because he knew my car was too small to fit the bike. They made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

I took a test ride a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t stop thinking of how much joy it brought me! I called Nick a few days ago, he ordered and put together my dream bike this morning! He made me a cup of delicious coffee and we had a few laughs, while he customized my bike with all the bells and whistles! He attached my bike carrier, adjusted my seat and secured my bike for transport! He was kind and trustworthy! What more can one ask for??? I can’t wait to hit the road this weekend and enjoy my new bike! Thank you, Nick and all of your wonderfully talented and knowledgeable associates! Margie

I looked around for a few places to repair the derailleur and chain that wasn’t catching properly on my bike. After calling to confirm if he can take a look, he gave me an estimate and told me 3-4 days. 2 days later, my bike was ready. He explained what happened and was able to adjust the chain and fix the derailleur. Nick cares more about the people and his work rather than the bottom line. He does great work and I will be coming here for all bike issues moving forward. If you go anywhere else, you will be regretting it. Great job Nick and thanks again!
