One of the oldest shops in town for great reasons. Excellent mechanics. Large product selection including both bikes and accessories. Old Town has gone above and beyond on my new bike purchase. Competitive pricing and lots of support working with the manufacturer to get some kinks out of the new bike. While most customers probably don't need as much support as I have, the shop has been patient and helpful through the whole process. I'll certainly return for my next Transition bicycle.

A gem of a shop. A small, locally-owned business whose Owner and Employees are enthusiasts. You'll immediately feel comfortable when discussing a purchase or service and repair. I've bought a bike, bike gear and had the bike serviced at Old Town Bike Shop. Always a great experience. Glad they are available to us.

I got a bike here as a teenager, and just this last week, I got an e-bike that I absolutely love. Very comfortable atmosphere, non commissioned salespeople who want you to make the right choice for you. So glad I could support this local business :-)

I just had another fantastic experience with Old Town Bike Shop. My bicycle is my primary mode of transportation, and the rim go bent when I forgot to put down the kickstand and it fell while parked in a bike rack. I took it in immediately on a Friday afternoon. I was worried the wheel might need replacing or that repairs would take several days. Despite it being a busy time for the shop, Joe assured me it could be fixed and even had it ready to pick up the next day, Saturday! Thanks to Joe and the team, I’m back on the road. Every time I visit, the service is outstanding, no matter who helps me. Thank you, Old Town Bike Shop!

The crew at Old Town Bike Shop cares and gets excited about bikes, something that seems to be lost at some other shops. I came in with an issue from a "brake bleed" that another bike shop in the area allegedly did. Peter (I think that is his name) helped me out and actually bled the brakes. I watched the old, black brake fluid being pushed out of the lines, ensuring that the previous bike shop did not perform the work I was charged for. I am genuinely happy and pleased with the service and professionalism at this bike shop. They have easily gained more customers and I will be returning for all future needs. Thank you again, Team!
