I was so impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible the team at Phat Tire was. I brought them a project that, to me, seemed complicated and they were able to handle it with ease. I gave them my wants and budget, then they were able to send me a quote within hours, and were willing to shift gears to make changes as my budget changed. When I hopped on my bike to take off, it felt brand new!! I’m so excited to take on the road ahead with my new setup, and I’m confident that I’ve made a new relationship that will keep me racing for a long time!

Love Trek bikes, for sure, but the service and expertise sets this store apart from the rest. Dane is extremely knowledgeable and customer-focussed. He makes the entire process a breeze. Thanks, Dane!

It’s a shame they don’t know anything about scooters. They recommended me the wrong kind of inner tube and sent me across town to someone else who also didn’t have the inner Innertube that I needed. What could’ve been a one day fix turned into a possible three or four day process. I noticed about Norman in general. It’s a lot of these places don’t have the supplies and resources that they should have in the city stores and small business businesses always make sure they have their products necessary to serve. Otherwise they just need to say they don’t do service on certain things. which is probably why they sent me across town, but it’s pretty crazy that even that place didn’t have what they needed to provide convenient service. We never had this issue in the city. Norman please try to do better especially, since this town likes to charge an arm and a leg for everything.

Austin and Dane in the Norman location were so lovely and professional. I bought my E-bike in for servicing and to have a part replaced. They were done on the same day and even shined up my bike. The prices were reasonable and the location was easy to find. I will be taking my bike there for any services I need.

I purchased a trike and love it. I road it home down Main Street from 24th St NW to 24th St NE. It was work but fun. I feel very safe on my new trike. We will be back to buy another bike soon. Great place, great knowledgeable guys to get you all set up and out the door.
