I ordered a brand new bike from this shop and had it shipped to Texas. Right out of the box I was already disappointed. It appeared like someone did a half-a$$ and rush packed it, thinking the customer is not from around here to bring it back. Many things messed up as seen in photos. 1 - two noticeable chips on the frame 2- rear gear cable was bent out of place 3- seat post riser cable was not assembled and missing parts to complete 4- front lockout cable was not assembled and also missing parts to complete I spoke to owner (Mike) and he was apologetic and said he’ll make it right. It’s been a week and I’m not making anymore attempts to give the shop the benefit of the doubt. Very unprofessional and not cool for a customer spending this kind of money on a bike.

I can’t say enough great things about this shop and the attention to detail provided by them. I purchased a Scott plasma frame and all components online for the build from Matthew. He was really a joy to work with. Attentive, responsive, and easy going. Don’t hesitate - these guys are top notch. Look nowhere else. Buy your bike today.

Friendly staff when you speak to them in person. Left my rear wheel there for a week and nothing was done! Don’t go to Pulse if you’re not buying a pricy bike!! Their customer service and service department leaves much to be desired! I walked out with my slightly bent rim after a week and then being told that there was nothing they could do. Avoid this retailer even if you’re trying to spend money!!! Buyer beware.

Went in for a broken chain and ended up with a new chain and another mtb. The staff was great to work with and willing to deal. Pulse is definitely our go to shop when it comes to the mountain bikes. Thanks to the staff and we'll see you for more upgrades!

I bought a custom built Dogma F from Pulse endurance. I was hesitant about making a major purchase from a small bike shop out of state. They got the frame set in the size (46.5 which difficult to get) and the color that I wanted in less than a week, their mechanic did a masterful job building the bike with the specs that wanted and finally, they shipped the bike to me with Kitzuma and arrived in a mint condition fully assembled and ready to roll. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. The price was comparable to other bike shops, maybe at tad cheaper.. they paid for shipping. Very pleasant experience, delivered what they promised. I would buy from them again. Matt was polite and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and he answered all my phone calls and texts in timely fashion. He also sent photos of the bike being built. thank you Matt. Based on my experience, I recommend this bike shop without reservation.
