Absolutely amazing experience! I called just to inquire about the possibility of getting my wife and I e-bikes. Dylan was so informative, enthusiastic knowledgeable, and comforting! We ended up not only buying two Aventon bikes, we doubled our initial budget because we were so confident it was the best option! I highly recommend Rides for any of your biking or skating needs! Thank you so much. We will be back to buy my son a e-trike!

Dylan is great- he took on a project (I cross-threaded my pedal mount on my SkiByk SB200) which is not a typical fix for a bike shop. He ordered the part and had it back to me in under a week. Great guy and very honest; he has gained a customer for life.

I don't know much about bikes, but the owner helped me find something simple for me to ride around town. It was ready in about an hour (it had to be put together) and was super reasonably priced! Will definitely go here to get serviced as well,

Just picked up my bike. Great overall experience, quality customer service(hard to find these days), different pricing options depending on what you are trying to do. Definitely would recommend it to a friend.
