First time in and Crystal was incredible!!!! Definitely one of the friendliest shops in town. She had great tire and psi recommendations for BWR and told me all the best places to ride can’t wait to be back!!!

Was in the Cave Creek area for 3 weeks before my bike touring trip in New Zealand. I wanted to make several changes to my gravel bike before going. The owner was incredibly pleasant and helpful with getting parts and installing. Cannot recommended highly enough.

We’ve owned bikes for decades and have had many bike mechanics over the years, but Crystal is the best! She tunes our bikes perfectly, recommends the best tires for the terrain we ride, and her prices are beyond reasonable—she’s worth so much more. I wanted shorter cranks and she did all the research to find the best crankset for me, and they are perfect. If you want a skilled, responsive bike mechanic who is also a sweet, kind person and an avid mountain biker herself, take your bike to Crystal at Spur Cross Cycles…you won’t regret it!

Extraordinary service. Stopped at Spur Cross cycles to have a flat tire repaired, and we were so impressed with Crystal's knowledge that we had our older hybrid bikes tuned up. She finished ahead of the time estimated, and they rode like brand new again. She also helped me choose a new helmet and gave us an area map of pathways and some tips on where to ride nearby. Couldn't be more pleased.

Cool spot, chill owner, interesting selection for rentals, my personal experience involved me shipping an original 1960- 1970 apple krate to the midwest. She took time to ensure the bike was properly packaged and shipped within a week. Cool place to stop.
