I don't know where to start. Justin nailed every aspect of business. On time, polite, communicative, extremely knowledgeable (he's a certified aircraft mechanic as well), skilled, quick, way too reasonable, and a true gem... And he came to me on top of that! I have a couple ebikes I bought for the fam that double as golf caddys. The tires were weak sauce so I ordered some new ones. He had all 4 tires and tubes swapped in under an hour. He even tuned up a couple things while he was at it. Short story... Call him, then tip him. 😉

He came out to my house and fixed both mine and my brother's bike! He is knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Branches Bike Shop! His prices are very reasonable. I’ll be bringing mine and my family’s bikes here from now on! He beats all the big bike shops hands-down, love quick turnover!

Justin was recommended to me by a friend. I couldn’t be more happy with his excellent service and knowledge of bikes. He went above and beyond to fix a lot of issues I had going on and not only were the repairs speedy and fixed with the utmost attention to detail, but he is a great guy - honest and sincere. Came to my house and helped me build my entire bike up from scratch. Learned a ton along the way and the price was better than fair in my opinion.
