Outstanding staff and service. It was my first time at the shop to address issues with both our mountain bikes. They put them in a stand, did troubleshooting, fixed one on the spot, fixed the second same day. I live in NC and that is unheard of. A big thank you to Dominic for taking such good care of us and getting us back on the trails!

I can't recommend Dynamite Bike Lab in Scottsdale enough! I brought my mountain bike in for some work on my flat tire and some other little nuisances, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was fantastic, and their pricing was incredibly competitive—such a great value for the quality of work they deliver. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. From drop-off to pick-up, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Even the invoicing process was a breeze! Great experience! Rented bikes as we are traveling from out of town. Friendly and very helpful staff. Bikes were great quality and in great condition. Location is perfect especially for those visiting (and thus no bike gear and using a rental car) — can ride 1 mile to trailhead. The ride was challenging enough for this beginner but still fun. Prices were good. Highly recommend.

I have 2 words to describe my experience at Dynamite Bike Lab: Outstanding and exceptional. I am an out of towner who comes to North Scottsdale for 6 weeks in the winter. I googled nearest bike store and Dynamite Bike Lab came up. I cannot believe how lucky I am to have a quality store like this near me. They are always in a good mood and happy to see you. They give great advice. Their service is fast and reasonably priced. They are stocked with good products. Stop in and see them, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Nick and Dominick!

Very helpful staff. Very welcoming, efficient and accommodating. Even though we are only traveling through they treated us great so we could continue our travels with a functioning bike. Also rented a mountain bike for the day and they gave us great routes to ride.High-quality rental equipment. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience has been!
