Sunset's repair service is outstanding! I was pretty sure my 25+ year old 18-spd. bike would cost more to repair the extensive gearing & shifter problems than it was worth. But they repaired it in great working order for under the cost limit I set and am so pleased with how it turned out. There service is very knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also give you a detailed estimate before starting the work.

I’m retired and handicapped and I rely on my e-bike just to get around campgrounds. I landed in Phoenix to start my tour of the west on the first stop my bike, brand, doesn’t work. Woody pulled the miracle and I’m back on the road again. Thanks Sunset you rock my world so far from home.

My son spent his 1st whole check on a really nice electric bike...to be left with a flat just 1 week later. Tire slime didn't work and brought my son's bike in...couple hours later they were calling saying it was ready. Quick, Affordable, and great customer service!! Truly appreciate ya'll and would recommend to ANYONE!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

So glad we found Sunset Cyclery! We were looking for the new Aventon Level 2 ebike for my birthday and they had one NIB. The owners were super nice and went over and beyond for us in getting the bike all setup and ready to go. I would highly recommend stopping by and talking to the owners or their staff, they are highly professional and seem to care about the customer. They even wrote a special happy birthday note on the packaging which made my birthday even better.

Always fast and friendly. I have had my daughters bike repaired at least 6 times over the past 4 years and each time I have been provided with fast service and excellent repair. Yesterday I was able to get a chain replaced in under 6 minutes while I waited. Prior time I left the bike and no less than an hour later the bike was ready to go. ALL of the employees are friendly. Reasonable prices. Support local!
