I came in last night real close to closing with a flat tire. I bought a new tube. The guys there were very friendly. They lent me their bike pump, and once they were done talking to another customer, they helped me replace my tube for no charge. One of the guys even pumped up my other tire without me asking. Very hospitable.

I called for an appointment for a spoke repair. I got in the same day (Thursday) and was told it would probably be ready over the weekend. Friday at noon I got a call to come pick up my bike. Fast and friendly service.

Okay, I barely ever leave reviews but this was egregious enough to warrant one. So here was my experience at Bottom Barrel Bike shop lol. I came in with my e-bike for a simple tire and tube replacement after putting around 1,500 miles on this bike. Within a week or 2 my tire is flat again, I take it back to get repaired again and buy an extra tube just in case because the didn't carry my bike's size and it took a week to get it back. within about another 2 weeks I get a pinch flat, took it back and told them something else must have been wrong, they said I needed a new tire but I just bought one from them. I get my bike back, this time free of charge give it around a month of babying it and riding like a grandma out of anxiety for having to pay to repair yet another flat...it lasts about a month. I go back again and one of the dudes said to my face "It must just be bad luck" Bull.. so after approximately $350 and FOUR TIMES returning to this shop for what should have been one repair I will not be back. I just wish they would have just said that they did not know exactly what was going on and sent me to another place, but no, they just kept on taking my money. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it was just bad luck that got me 3 Pinch flats in 2 months after being flat free for almost a year but.. I'm still going to visit a a different bike shop from now on.

Very helpful, generous, and fast! I needed my bike serviced, and they ended up doing a number of checks, and determined it wasn't time for a service after all. I'll be a returning customer for life!

These guys are awesome! I bought two bromptons from Tip Top and the service has been impeccable! Always friendly! They even remember my name!! They are the brompton experts as well as super knowledgeable on all the bikes, they sell! I’ll never go anywhere else! ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
