I needed my tubes and tires replaced on my mountain bike and these guys were extremely friendly, super quick, and very knowledgeable. They originally told me it would take a day or so but texted me within hours of dropping my bike off telling me it was reedy! Will definitely be back for any of my service needs!

I wouldn’t recommend this bike store to ANYONE interested in genuine support and purchase guidance. The service team is unethical and takes advantages of less informed customers. Services are not timely and they will charge you for the most expensive service without any justification. I paid for the “top tier” service option and my bike was returned dirty and without any noticeable improvement (I’m convinced it shifts gears worse than before). Not sure what $150 got me, doesn’t feel like much. Also, my front tire was flat the morning after the bike was returned to me. When questioned, the staff explained it was missed because of strange technical detail, but still proceeded to charge me for the labor to replace the tube when they should’ve caught it in the first place. Much better off going to Erik’s or Specialized in town. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This location has changed management/name many times - NO WONDER WHY

I can not say enough positive things about this bike shop. My wife and I made a last minute medical trip to the Kansas City area on a Wednesday morning, and decided we would take a look at the mountain bike selection while there. Velo+ was one of the very first, highly recommended bike shops we found on the internet. We were not disappointed. Not only did they have a bike in my size, but they also went the extra mile to assemble it that very same day for me! All because it was one I was interested in! After getting out of our medical appointment later than anticipated, we also weren't going to make it to the shop in time before it closed. We called ahead, and they even stayed open past their closing time so we could come and get the bike! Outstanding customer service when we arrived. They even helped us load it up into our car, and made sure to even put pads between the brake calipers so they wouldn't collapse on the drive home (since the wheels had to be taken off to load it up into the vehicle). They even threw in some awesome beanies as an extra gift! These people are the real deal. In the future if ever I need to purchase another mountain bike? I'll make sure to drive the extra three and half hours to this exact bike shop to do just so. Do yourself a favor and let Velo+ take care of you. Thanks again guys for everything!

The Team at Velo+ is always friendly and willing to help. Custom built bike during the Covid Recovery, hard yes, but Marco and his team pulled it off. Great communication, great passion and all around great experience.

I brought my son's bike in to replace the brake/shift levers. Jacob did an awesome job and the repair was done the next day. Very happy customer!
