Can’t recommend this shop and Oliver specifically any more highly. Awesome experience buying my first road bike. He did not try to oversell me and was extremely patient and informative. He answered every question with kindness. I recommend this shop to everyone.

Oliver at Trek was very helpful. I recently purchased a bike for my 7 year old step son, and needed the pad brakes adjusted. Oliver was able to execute the adjustments on the spot, and even added some grease to help the steel parts from corroding. He went the extra mile to make this extra special for my step son. I went here on a whim because my favorite bike had continuing transmission issues. Diagnosed in 10 seconds, showed me how to resolve the issue in the future. They also fixed a dropper post cable connection and showed me how to avoid that cable issue as well. Their service sold me, so they were able to sell me a road bike. The place is run by bike geeks, so you’re going to get the right bike, and the right service. Glad that the place is in Stafford!

These guys are top-notch not only in service but as people, as well. I bought a Gary Fisher bike that was in pretty rough shape. I took it here for the stage 2 service. It needed a lot of work and parts and the service was pricy as a result. They called me a few days later to tell me the rear brake caliper was ruined and would need to be replaced. I didn't have the money needed to do this so I asked them to just put it back together and I'd figure it out. I arrived to pick up my bike to find that they had done something unexpected. They found a used caliper that fit and put it in for free. I was stunned and elated that this kind of humanity still exists. I took that bike for it's first ride as a rejuvenated machine today and it was impeccable. I really appreciate these guys and their heart and dedication to their customers.

Solid crew solid staff. I just needed a couple spacers and the tech completed my job in five minutes which saves me 20. Let’s be honest. Awesome store.
