I've been in a few times over the past few years I've lived in Fredericksburg and always have a great experience. Everyone working there always takes the time to talk and answer any questions I have. Recently purchased a pair of MTB pedals on the mechanic's recommendation.

Where do I start? I ordered the wife her first full suspension bike and it was shipped to BikeWorks, they spent about an hour fitting her and setting the bike up and even made some custom adjustments to make sure she fit perfectly, something we weren’t used to,the last 3 bikes we bought from elsewhere we were handed a receipt and send us on our way, They patiently went through EVERYTHING with her and made sure she didn’t have ANY questions. As we where leaving we noticed a dent in the rear arm from shipping , they looked it over and reached out to the manufacturer for us and had a new rear shipped in QUICKLY and took care of the problem, Andre and Josh are top notch and it’s safe to say i found my new “go to” LBS. Thanks again guys she is loving her Trance X If your looking for your next bike and not sure where to go,hit these guys up they will shoot you strait and make sure your taken care of
