So i got my bike today the guy lied to my caseworker and said No money was given but I know i paid him he Also did not do any work on my bike and so I did some looking into this guy and everyone i talked to said he always ripped people off and had his friends give good reviews just so he could take advantage of other people so i suggest dont do business with this crook This bike shop is nothing but a cheat poor communication poor customer service every time I try to get ahold of him so I can pick up my bike he makes up excuses of why he can't make it there to give my bike i will just say if you are wanting your bike fixed and it's your only way to work then don't go to this place he has had my bike for over a year now and will not give it back

Went in for a routine work, which I expected would take a week. Brandon took care of me on the spot and also shared some good information in regards to another bike we have. Price for the service was reasonable and I look forward to having this locally owned business in the community. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I brought a bike in that I had bought at a chain store that was not shifting properly and sounded horrible. Brandon checked it out, later called and explained the issue and cost of part and labor. He is thorough and professional and you can tell he is passionate about bicycles and riding. I also witnessed him taking care of bike issues for a kid from the neighborhood his shop is in. Good to see. I'll be back and if I decide to look into a higher end bike, I'll see what he has to offer.

I recently had tune-ups on a comfort bike and a mountain bike. If you have a store-built bike, bring it to Brandon. He knows his craft very well. He explained my options let me decide what to do with no sales pressure. When I picked them up, he explained all that he had done. Brandon's level of expertise and his friendly nature sets him above his competition. The turn-around time was much faster than quoted. He is definitely worth the drive from Columbus.

Awesome shop! Bought a new bike from Walmart that was very poorly set up at purchase. Brandon got me in same day, and fixed all of the issues in under an hour. Also shared some useful information. Very reasonable price for some excellent work and customer service. That’s hard to find these days. Definitely will return.
