There is an old saying that goes, " It takes a village to raise a child", I believe that can be interpreted in modern terms that as a community we have a responsibility to raise our youth respectfully. Instilling life long values and morals that they can use to be successful, thriving and contributing members of said community. Bicycles and Idea for Kids Empowerment, is a simplistic idea that a bicycle can be a vehicle to lead our youth to bigger and better opportunities, that may have not been presented before them in current times. John Benenate has been vital part in my life to help develop me as a person. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to serve my community at a young age and will continue to do so.
