Very experienced bike mechanic and friendly which I think are hard to find. Very genuine people and I feel they wouldn't steer me the wrong way. I even created a customer account because I'm going to be going to that store more often.

Jace helped me get setup here on Oahu. I bought the bike online then went to the shop and had them put a lock, water bottle holder, pedals, new grips. Overall great experience and I took it out for a 12 mile ride to Sunsetpoint. Big thank you to Bike Factory

Bike factory kapolei Is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. My people have spent so much money buying E bikes and scooters with this company. They sold me the cane Creek Headset bearings for my eride Pro and they did not fit. I showed a video and the manager. Michelle was absolutely horrible to deal with started yelling at me told me she was the boss of the place and would not give me anybody else’s info to contact for them to mark the part as defective I will never send anyone their way again. Never dealt with a company where a store manager is the highest you can get for a multi location business. Save yourself the hassle of this place and go to Voro motors or E bikes Hawaii

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought an electric bike here a few years ago and it’s had so many problems. Their customer service is terrible, I just checked in on the bike that’s been there for the last month and they have no idea when the part will come in for a repair they didn’t even guarantee would fix the problem. I had to call a bunch of times to get that limited information. I’m appalled that this business has a 5 star rating on google.
