I bought a used bike on Facebook close to Bullseye Bikes. I contacted Johnny at Bullseye. Gave them the details. Had the owner of the bike drop it off and then they did an absolutely fantastic job of packing it up and shipping it to me in Minnesota. Johnny and the team did an outstanding job of communicating and shipping the bike to me. Highly recommend !

I was in town from Atlanta visiting family and rented a bike for a ride on the ATT and can't say enough about the folks at this bike shop! First, they are very close to the ATT which made it easy for me being from out of town. Second, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I had such a good experience I ended up going for a second ride while I was in town. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Bullseye did a full tune on my old Trek 830. Just got it back and it feels like it runs just as good as it did when I bought it 34 years ago! Staff is very cordial and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Came in to visit Durham for the day, but my bike’s tire kept deflating. I walked in and asked Johnny if they could squeeze me in, and they were so accommodating!!! We were able to walk around downtown and explore while they fixed my back tire. When I went to pick her up, I bought some new handlebars as well and they were happy to help put them on quickly for me. The entire staff was so friendly and quick to give advice on local restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend this shop and the staff who clearly love their job and their town. Oh! And to top it all off, as I was biking away I noticed they tightened my brakes without my even asking!!!! I was extremely grateful for this as the brakes were getting pretty loose! I recently got back into biking. Tyler and the crew at Bullseye have been absolutely stellar in answering my questions. This week I had a massive rip in my tire and brought it in for repair. They fixed it on the spot, super fast, and for a great price. Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they're very patient answering my meandering beginner questions.
