Great service! The owner, David, present me with several options to purchase a gravel bike that fit within my budget. I was able to test several Bikes and get fitted before purchasing the bike. This made me confident I was getting the best bike for me. David even dog sat my doggy while I went for test rides! I like that Durham Cycle carries multiple bike brand, all quality brands! Durham Cycle was recommended by a friend and I drove 45 miles to visit the shop on Main Street in Durham. Great location. Finally, I left my reading glasses at the store and David shipped them to me right away! I would recommend Durham Cycle to anyone looking for a nice bike that fits their body and budget.

Best Customer Service I've ever received !!!! Unfortunately my bicycle frame broke over a weekend, a couple of weeks out from a race. I emailed the shop as they are an authorized dealer, and on a day the shop was closed I got a response from them to bring it in and they would take a look as soon as they could. I took the bike in as soon as they opened and within an hour the mechanic had called the manufacturer, looked into multiple solutions, and called me a couple of times to discuss. The professionalism, expertise, and speed in which they helped was unbelievable. I would highly recommend Durham Cycles to anyone, great folks there, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

Durham Cycles is a great shop that prioritizes the long term health and happiness of its customers, not turning a profit every day. I went in for a bike fitting and Dave spent half an hour with me, giving me some very much needed advice (part of which was, the bike I brought in was very ill-suited for me) and ended up not charging me for his time at all. I've appreciated my conversations with all the sales people over the years, and know they are there to help me out and give me the best information they can. Highly recommend for a great community bike store!

I rented an ebike from Durham Cycles and had a great time on the ATT .. they were very accommodating and helpful and really went above and beyond … The eBike was in excellent condition which enabled me to go for a long enjoyable and much needed ride ..
