I carefully watched the video of the owner trying to stiff arm a young man. She was confronted with a written agreement and also a verbal agreement. nowhere in the conversation did she deny the veracity of either agreement, she just refused to honor them. And then tried to create confusion where there properly should have been none. BTW, any confusion would have been construed AGAINST the bike shop since she gave him a work order. Further disheartening was her glee and cynical demeanor over the whole matter.

Based on the online video of the apparent owner of this place admitting she committed fraud by performing unauthorized repairs for hundreds of dollars and then illegally stealing the customer’s bike I’d avoid this place like the plague. Doubt they’ll stay in business long with that lack of moral character and zero business ethics.
