I went in for a tune-up, and the turnaround was fast! My bike is riding like new, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The mechanics are top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Cycle Shack The atmosphere is friendly, the prices are fair, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for all my biking needs. They also have a Sunday biking group I just enjoyed and I’m so excited meeting new friends. Thank you Teddy!🧸

Had an awesome experience as a new customer bringing my bike in for a long overdue service. Teddy evaluated my bike and provided a cost run down of all necessary service along with a promise that if anything else was needed he would reach out with suggestions before proceeding with cost increases. Teddy kept his word! Service was quick considering how much work was needed. Now the bike looks and works like it is brand new. Would absolutely recommend you bring your bike to Cycle Shack.

They originally took the time to hear what I wanted and needed, then showed me what was available and every option possible, which beyond impressed me. My dad recommended these guys after I inherited his old ebike. They were super friendly and efficient in scheduling a pickup to have the bike serviced for its multitude of problems. When they delivered it back, it ran so much better and was almost like new. Ultimately, I ended up selling it as I'm moving from the area, and that process was incredibly smooth as well. Teddy is very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful and was great to do business with. Definitely recommend for a reliable and pleasant experience in the area!

I took my very old but lightly used Specialized Rockhopper in to Cycle Shack yesterday for new tubes and tires. Teddy looked it over on the spot, and took the time to point out and explain several additional tune up and replacement items that were also needed. It was all completed within 24 hours and I am now enjoying smooth rides on a ‘good as new’ bike! Much appreciated. Jim Brook
