My wife and I had such an awesome experience at Farina’s! Paula was so helpful when we were looking at e bikes. She was so kind and knowledgeable. All of the other staff that we interacted with were also great. They took the time to go over our bikes with us and make sure we knew every detail. We will definitely shop with them for any futures needs!

We really like the two Aventon Level 2 bikes we purchased here. Paula was a great help selected them and resolving a minor shipping issue with the free battery offer. We also ended up needing a new e-bike Thule rack for the new bikes. A Farina tech installed the rack and loaded up the bikes! We are very happy with the rack, it is a very solid and well designed, an easy five minute (at most) load/unload time.

These we guys know their inventory so well it’s impressive. You can absolutely trust these guys to get you what you need and they will take the time to take care of you. No sales BS, no nonsense. Just genuinely good people who look out for their customers. I live in Cambridge and drove by 9 bike shops to get there and I will do it again every time I need a bike. Buy your bike here, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing experience! Paula helped me find the perfect bike for me. I stopped at many stores along the way, and this one had the best selection with the best education as to the differences in the componentry of the bikes. Thanks Farina's!

I ride my e-bike around Boston a lot and get a lot of questions and I always tell people the same thing "go to farinas and get an aventon" they're solid bikes and the combination of that and the support you get from farina's is an unbeatable combo. They helped me with a complicated repair on an aventon bike I bought online (changing the lock) I had a good experience so I bought my next bike from them. I recently brought it in for service and they went above and beyond. I think they even fixed a handlebar I put on when I switched out the stock thumb throttle for a half twist which I didn't even ask about. I'm using an e-bike as my primary form of transport so I really appreciate the "dealership" model and the professionalism. It feels like they are in the sweet spot of being big enough so you have nice stuff like email notifications and standardized pricing but not so big they treat you like a cog. Bike hasn't run this good since I first bought it thanks guys.
