I bought a ebike in Amazon and i was having a hard time to find someone who can help me to fix it or just something simply like a change a tire!... My advice BUY the bike at the store; they helped me to fix my ebike.... But my next bike i will purchase with them... Because... They are very professional, kind and work fast with high quality and efficiency, if you going to get a bike, buy it here! (they will care of it with a complete check). And the prices are very good! And definitely you need to see the store for the all accessories. Thanks guys!

On 02/14/2025 I dropped my bicycle that I previously purchased Dec 2024 for repairs that were covered under the terms of buying. The clerk indicated it shouldn't take long. On 02/15/2025 I started initiating a series of phone calls checking the status at 1130. All replies were a couple of minutes. This " Charade "continue even after I talked to the clerk at 1:00 pm which he said just (15) minutes & I will call you when completed. Around 2:30 pm I went to the store and the clerk was surprised to see me enter. He said oh your bike was finished, I stated if I haven't just stopped by you had no intention of calling. This same action has happened in the past year 2024 so because of that I indicated to him & the staff I always been a loyal customer at that Giant store location. I asked the clerk that you said you were going to call myself once my bike was done, he didn't say anything when I asked him the question? So told him I can not patronize this store ever again or any Giant store. Sincerely United States Veteran!

My husband and I went in a few weeks ago to look and ask some questions and the salesman was really knowledgeable and informative. No pressure to buy. We finally were able to get a bike so we went back and again had excellent service.

This shop provided great customer service. They let me test ride a few different bicycles before my purchase. I plan on going back to them for maintenance and other bicycle related products.
