Great rental of a Giant road bike. Bike was in great shape and ready to go shortly q-after I arrived. They had good suggestions for routes to ride.

Not many options for road bike rentals near Boulder City. Giant Henderson had the size I needed on the day I needed it. The rental process was all online and painless. The staff at the store were very helpful and eager to talk about local routes and rides. Enjoyed talking with Jeff and the rest of the crew! Will rent from them again without hesitation!

I am very pleased with my recent rental of a Giant TCR Advanced 2 from the guys at Giant Las Vegas in Henderson. First, they were open on a Sunday morning, which fit perfectly with my available timing for coming into the area. I also appreciated their working with me to dial in the seat height and bar drop exactly like I wanted. Last and not least, the shop was only about 15 minutes drive from the engaging River Mountain Loop Trail and the gravel path Railroad Pass to Hoover Dam. The TCR did great out there and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I'll do it all again - hopefully sometime soon.

Jeff was so great to work with. They got my bike in and were able to get it repaired quickly. I appreciate the up front communication and knowledge in the repairs. Giant is definitely now my go to bike repair shop!

I'm currently biking cross country, and as soon as I entered Nevada, I badly cut both of my tubeless tires. I called numerous bike shops, and each one said they don't repair tires; instead, they require me to leave my bicycle for 3-4 days for tire replacement which is tough as I have to be hitting the road daily. I'm thrilled I got to speak to Frank at Giant Las Vegas because he was the only person who said, 'Just bring your bike in; we will make it work.' It only took him half an hour to patch up the tires, and he even taught me how to do it myself for future rides! It's incredible how passionate he is about bicycles, and you should see his own collection of bikes that he assembled! Impressive! Definitely the place you want to visit!
