Back in 2022, I purchased a MagicCycle from Il Fierro. This has truly turned out to be one of my best investments to date. The owner of Il Fierro was genuinely supportive, making the smoothest sales experience imaginable. The professionalism and deep knowledge, and straightforward interaction made the purchase a breeze. Just recently, I stopped by the store for a quick tune-up, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a new selection of e-bikes on display. I am very excited about the new features and improvements they offer. I am seriously considering upgrading to one of the new models due to their innovative designs and functionality. The selection is not only of high quality but also very cost-effective. For anyone looking for a durable and efficient e-bike, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Il Fierro a visit. I cannot recommend Il Fierro enough!

Bought a Velotric Fold 1 from Fiero Bikes 412 in late January. Finally got the chance to take it for a real ride earlier this week. It is a great piece of equipment. The buying experience could not have been smoother! Al and Tyler spent a couple of hours over two days to thoroughly explain every aspect of the bike and teach me how to operate it. I highly recommend Fiero Bikes 412 ! ! !

If you’re considering an e-bike and have been spending hours researching online, do yourself a favor and visit IL Fierro! There’s no substitute for seeing an e-bike in person, taking it for a test ride, and choosing which one suits your needs. I really appreciated the scheduled appointment allowing one-on-one time with Al, who took the time to learn my preferences. He helped me find the perfect bike—the Velotric Nomad 1 Plus—and the pricing is fantastic! Instead of enduring a 40+ minute bus commute from Sq. Hill to Downtown, I now get to work in under 20 minutes. It’s nice to get to and leave work when I want instead of walking & waiting for a bus or dealing with parking costs. I’m so glad I made the visit and bought my bike from IL Fierro. Thanks, Al!

Terrific shop. Al clearly enjoys dealing in and selling bicycles. He was super-patient with us while we pondered different options, accommodating in scheduling us for a visit and talking through the equipment. We were not in bargin-hunting or haggling mode and basically trusted Al would give us fair prices — this was the right thing to do, and we ended up with a set-up that IMO was more than fair. It's hard to see how we could have done better by going online or via another retailer in town. There's a reason the shop has insanely good reviews on Google.

I had a great experience at this bike shop! The guys were super responsive on the phone. We scheduled a tour and they took the time to show me around and explain all the different bikes, spending a good two hours helping me decide. They were friendly, honest, and transparent the whole way through and gave me an awesome deal, matching the best price I found elsewhere. I definitely recommend them!
