I drove 5 hours from Ohio to get to Thick Bikes and Vince made it worth the trip. The initial appeal for me was their incredible inventory. The so-called "bike shops" near me have 1, maybe 2, Surly bikes in stock and never in my size. Thick Bikes had every Surly bike I could think of and in a respectable range of sizes. I was able to try out a couple bikes and see them side-by-side in order to figure out what I wanted. Vince was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly got me out on a test ride with the right bike. Their service department did a great job assembling and tuning the bike as well. Every bolt was greased and the bike rides better than I've ever experienced. Thick Bikes will be my first destination the next time I need a bike or service. Thanks Vince and Chris!

This place is great. The people there are friendly and just really seem knowledgeable and enthusiastic about biking. I bought a bike there, had a flat repaired, and also had fenders put on. All 3 were great experiences. The guys helped me find a bike that suited my needs and was within my price range, repaired the flat quickly, and put on my fenders just right. I would highly recommend them.

I went in looking for a gravel bike with a list of criteria, and one of the staff members, Vince, helped fit me to a great bike. They have a large inventory of bikes (shown on their website) to test ride and very helpful staff to walk through all the options. Will definitely return!

My fiancée and I brought our bikes here for tune-ups and had a fantastic experience. The staff were able to get to them very quickly and very efficient at assessing what needed to be done. Communication while bikes were being worked on was very prompt and clear. The pricing was excellent, and the service was unmatched; she and I both remarked that it may have been the best tune-up we'd ever had. We will definitely be bringing our bikes back here as often as we need maintenance. Many thanks to the team!

I just bought a bike there. Thick is a well stocked shop with many quality bikes and more parts and accessories I've ever seen in a bike shop. Several mechanics on site to tend to service. Chris is a great, informative owner. My new bike shop and a longer drive I'm willing to make.
