Next Level service. Informative, thorough, kind and cool; the owner operator went the extra mile - literally. I bought an ebike for my wife online and paid during the purchase process to have Incline Ebikes build it. They were super communicative througout. Upon picking it up the owner shared knowledge and expertise after having added our extrs components even though he was only obligated to do the basic build. When it wouldn't fit in my car, without being asked, he went out of his way to deliver it to a friend's house nearby. If I could go back, I'd buy directly from him.

Ken, the owner, was awesome! I couldn't be happier with the service he provided me. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about ebikes. I brought him an ebike to put together, and he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction! I was amazed at how fast he put it together. I am definitely recommending Ken and inclinE-Bikes to anyone who has an ebike! I will be using them for all my ebike needs. InclinE-Bikes is a top-notch company!!

We rented from them and riding the bikes through Manitou and Garden of the Gods was a such a great experience. The bikes came with bags on the back so we could easily bring our lunch with us and eat at the picnic areas in the park. Ann and Kenney helped me set my bike up and made it super easy for me to get started!!! Really made my trip and will definitely return!

This was my 2nd time renting for Ken and once again it was a great experience! The ability to create my own work out with the benefit of getting up hills truly makes the electric bike experience good for everyone I am so grateful for Ken providing this opportunity. I've rented from other shops and none compare to the options provided, price and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for giving me access to this fun and entertaining experience. I hope to buy my own electric bike from Ken so I resource his servicing experience as well. Thank you so much Ken and Incline bikes!

Great experience! We rented on impulse from Ann at their outpost at Buffalo Bicycle lodge for a two hour ride. She provided instruction, maps, water, recommendations and bike locks. We had such fun exploring the area that we called to extend our use to full day. We stopped in to see Ken at their shop who told us about the natural spring waters in the area and we tried the spring water fountain right outside their shop. The bikes are great quality and easy to use. It was a blast and we were glad to support their family business. The hills in the area made us glad to use these ebikes to see everything instead of hiking in the heat or finding parking in town or at the Garden of the Gods. Thank you Ann and Ken!
