recently took my Yeti SB150 bike to Laguna Beach Cyclery late on a Saturday afternoon for some much-needed repairs. The back wheel axle was stripped, making it impossible for me to remove the wheel and replace a flat tire. While it was in the shop, I also requested new tires, brake pads, and rotors. To my delight, the very next day, my bike was ready for pickup! The team did an excellent job with the repairs, and the price was fantastic. The convenience of dropping off and picking up my bike was the cherry on top. A huge thank you to the staff at Laguna Beach Cyclery for their outstanding service and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of bike repairs or maintenance!

We moved to Laguna Beach less than two weeks ago having been exiled from the Palisades Fires which started 2,000 feet from our house. While our house didn't burn down, it is all messed up. We've moved 4x in 30 days. Multiple hospital stays for me and our younger son. It has been tough. One victory this week was with getting our older son into Middle School in Laguna Beach. You drive past Laguna Beach Cyclery on the way up the hill. My wife picked him up on Friday and he wanted to stop by the bike shop as he THINKS he has saved enough money for an E-bike and/or that we would let him ride it on PCH here - a hard NO to both of those but I digress. My wife and son went into Laguna Beach Cyclery and when they found out my son (who is almost 6 feet tall at just under 13 years old) that he didn't have a bike anymore - they GAVE HIM a bike to ride. Read that again... THEY GAVE HIM A BIKE. Free. We didn't ask for that. They did this out of the goodness of their heart. We are BLOWN AWAY by this generosity. We will be loyal to this store forever. If we need a bike (or even an e-bike someday) we will ONLY buy one here. This was OVER-THE-TOP thoughtful, kind and nice. Thank you SO SO SO MUCH. You rule!!! Jerry

Great rental and community experience! I came in from the Great Lakes and wanted to participate in a group ride with friends and new friends. Laguna Beach Cyclery hooked me up with an awesome e-bike that got me to the top of those insane hills and back down--up and down, up and down! The rent out process was super easy and fun. The guys at the shop shared a lot of helpful information about the local riding and I felt like it was my LBS! Same on the back end. Drop off was easy. If you're coming to Laguna Beach, rent from these folks. If you live in Laguna Beach, buy from these folks!

Matt did some research for me to make custom adjustments to my bike for my upcoming race. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and super fast! Totally love the work he did!! Highly recommend!

Came in to get my tire fixed. They helped right away and I was out and on the road in no time. Definitely coming back again
