My boyfriend and I just purchased 2 e-bikes from My Extreme Bike! Michele provided outstanding service. She answered all of our questions, gave us a fantastic deal, and delivered the beautiful new bikes to us. We are loving our new bikes and plan to take them with us on our new RV. Michele also agreed to fix Tim’s dad’s walker brakes. She researched a better brake system for his walker and replaced it. She does everything with a smile. We have found a great new friend. I highly recommend her business.

Michele and her friends helped us to select the perfect bike for my husband and myself with our back issues. Very patient since we are new to Ebikes. Went on an 18 mile ride today to break them in. Very happy with our bike so far. Game changer for us. Allowed us to enjoy biking the trails again. Thank you, My Extreme Bike!

What an experience. This is the best bike dhop in sussex maybe even sll of De. I thought i knew what bike i wanted but Michele educated me and steered me to the bike i finally purchased. I did see a trike i thought my wife would like and Michele persuaded me to bring her back. We came back my wife and a good friend (just looking). When we got there she had both our trike and bike ready to test drive. Our friend test drove one she thought she wanted. Well before we test drove them Michele did a good education on each of the bikes so our test drive was not only fun but safe too. To my surprise my wife was all in at the end of the test drive and we purchased both bike and trike. Then she indicated she would deliver in 2 days. Who does that?—My Extreme Bike. We have rode them in our development to become familiar with all the things our bikes have to offer. PS our friend and her Mrs went out a few days later and the bought two bikes. No surprise as Michele gave them thst white glove service as well. Thank you Michele!!

Just purchased an Addmotor Trike from My Extreme Bike. This trike has all of the features I have been looking for and I can't wait to get into riding it. Customer service at this bike shop is excellent. Michele was friendly, informative, and super to do business with. The trike was delivered to my home after being assembled/prepped and an orientation provided. Michele continues to be responsive to questions and concerns and I am sure she will be available for any future concerns I might have. Customer service is a huge part of a purchase like this and you can't go wrong at this bike shop.
